Product scope

WA - Download Group Phone Numbers is a Chrome extension that helps users export phone numbers and related contact fields that are available to their own WhatsApp Web session. The extension does not create, unlock, bypass, or guarantee access to data that WhatsApp does not make available to the signed-in account.

Independent product

WA - Download Group Phone Numbers is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with WhatsApp, Meta, or their related companies. WhatsApp and Meta may change their apps, web interface, privacy rules, permissions, or technical behavior at any time.

License basis and pricing

Manual offline licenses are issued per WhatsApp number. A license for one number does not automatically cover another WhatsApp number, device, team member, client, or business account. The base manual license price is INR 649 for one WhatsApp number. Each additional WhatsApp number is INR 100 extra, unless a different price is quoted by support before payment.

Prices, plans, validity periods, discounts, supported payment methods, and renewal terms may be changed or withdrawn at any time. A license is valid only for the number or numbers, duration, and terms confirmed by support or by the payment flow at the time of purchase.

Payment confirmation

Before making any payment, you must test the free option and confirm that the extension is suitable for your WhatsApp account, browser, device, groups, communities, and workflow. Pay only after you have checked the free option and are satisfied that the extension meets your needs.

By making payment, sending a payment screenshot, requesting manual activation, or activating a license key, you confirm that you reviewed the free option, accepted these terms, and understood the license limits.

No cancellation or refund

All manual license payments are final. Once payment is made or a license key is issued, the payment cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or adjusted by any means, except where a written exception is expressly approved by us. No refund is owed for user error, wrong number submission, change of mind, duplicate purchase, lack of use, WhatsApp restrictions, admin settings, browser/device issues, or changes in your business need.

WhatsApp data limits

The extension can only work with numbers and data that WhatsApp makes available to your own WhatsApp Web session. If WhatsApp hides, masks, blocks, delays, rate-limits, or does not provide a number or field, the extension may not be able to export it.

Community members, group members, broadcast contacts, labels, saved-contact details, admin status, business profile fields, and other fields may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or restricted depending on WhatsApp behavior, community settings, group admin settings, privacy settings, account permissions, region, app version, browser state, and platform changes.

As a practical rule, if you can see the relevant data in WhatsApp on your own account, especially on the mobile app or WhatsApp Web, the extension is generally expected to extract available visible data. This is not a guarantee. WhatsApp technical behavior and access rules remain outside our control.

User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access, export, store, process, share, import, contact, or otherwise use any phone number or contact data exported through the extension. You must comply with all applicable laws, privacy rules, telecom rules, anti-spam rules, consent requirements, platform rules, employment obligations, client obligations, and industry obligations that apply to your use case.

You must not use the extension or exported data for spam, harassment, scraping without authorization, unlawful outreach, deceptive activity, fraud, resale of data, or any activity that violates rights of others or applicable rules. You are responsible for reviewing exported data before using it in CRM systems, marketing tools, spreadsheets, messaging campaigns, sales workflows, or team handoffs.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a specific number of contacts, successful export from every group or community, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every WhatsApp account, compatibility with every browser environment, or continued behavior after WhatsApp changes. The extension is provided as a workflow tool, and results may vary by account, browser, WhatsApp version, permissions, settings, and visible data.

Support and changes

Support may ask for your payment email, payment screenshot, licensed WhatsApp number, extension version, browser details, WhatsApp Web screen, and screenshots needed to diagnose an issue. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, license flow, pricing, or support process at any time. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, revenue, profit, data, reputation, compliance, or opportunity losses arising from use of the extension, inability to export data, WhatsApp changes, user misuse, payment decisions, or reliance on exported data. You use the extension at your own risk.
