Group numbers
Download WhatsApp group numbers to Excel.
Pick a group in WhatsApp Web and download its visible member phone numbers, names and admin status into an Excel workbook.
How to download group numbers
- Install the extension in desktop Chrome and open WhatsApp Web.
- Open the extension panel and choose Groups as the source.
- Select the group and the columns you want, such as phone number, country code, saved name, public name and admin.
- Click download. The first 10 numbers are free; full export needs a plan.
- Open the .xlsx workbook in Excel or Google Sheets and review the rows.
What the file contains
Each row is one visible group member. Numbers hidden by WhatsApp privacy settings cannot be exported. You can select one group, several groups or "All groups" in the same panel before downloading.
Need CSV?
The download is an Excel workbook. In Excel choose File → Save As → CSV UTF-8 to create a CSV copy. See group members to CSV.
