Best fit for owner-led sales and operations.

This page is for small businesses that collect useful customer, student, buyer, broker, event, supplier, or community contacts inside WhatsApp groups and need a cleaner way to work with those rows outside WhatsApp.

Problem	Manual work	With the extension
Group contacts are stuck in WhatsApp	Copy names and numbers one by one.	Download visible contacts in an Excel workbook for review.
Follow-up lists are messy	Merge screenshots, chat text, and hand-typed numbers.	Review names, phone numbers, country codes, and source details in one file.
The team needs handoff	Send unstructured notes to sales or operations.	Clean, dedupe, assign owners, and prepare CRM import.

Download, review, then hand off.

Open WhatsApp Web in desktop Chrome and launch the extension from the Chrome toolbar. Choose a group or supported source and select the available fields. Download an Excel (.xlsx) workbook, check a small sample against the group and remove rows you should not retain.

This is not a direct CSV file. If your next tool needs CSV, use Save As in Excel to create a CSV UTF-8 copy of the reviewed worksheet. For shared review, import the workbook into Sheets; for a CRM, map fields and test a small batch before the full import.

Clear paid workflow.

When the workflow fits, unlock full export from inside the extension with the $7.99 monthly subscription, the $25.99 six-month pass, or the $9.99 30-day pass. The monthly plan renews until canceled; the passes do not renew automatically.
