Export WhatsApp group admins and members to Excel.

How to include admins

1. Open WhatsApp Web in desktop Chrome and open the extension panel.
2. Choose From groups and select the group.
3. Tick Include admins (admin rows are left out unless you tick it), together with phone number and name fields. The workbook marks each row with an Is Admin? column.
4. Download the Excel (.xlsx) workbook. The first 10 numbers are free.

Filter in Excel

Turn on a filter for the admin column to list only admins, or to exclude them before you hand a member list to a sales or support team. Add the source group column if you combine several group exports, so you can see which group each admin belongs to.

Typical uses

Community managers auditing who moderates each group, schools checking which staff are admins of parent groups, and brokers or event organisers identifying the right person to contact about a group. Export only groups you are a member of, and only for legitimate, authorised purposes.
